Boring machining centre SCM Morbidelli M220

Description

Morbidelli M220 is a numerically controlled machining centre with a twin boring head, able to cut boring cycle times by up to 70 % compared with traditional centres. It keeps the modular logic of the Morbidelli M range and is driven by the Maestro CNC software, which optimises all the cycles and makes it possible to create pieces of varied shapes quickly. The worktable goes up to 5,510 mm in X and 1,620 mm in Y, with a 15 kW machining motor and a tool magazine of up to 60 positions. The machine is aimed at furniture makers handling large boring volumes and looking for high output, without giving up routing capability. Its modular design allows the equipment to be matched to real production needs.
