Complete SCM production line for 2-layer parquet

Description

This complete SCM production line is dedicated to manufacturing two-layer parquet. Conceived as an integrated installation, it runs the machining stations needed to assemble and finish two-layer boards one after another in an automated flow, with an output of 22 pieces per minute. The in-line organisation links the different stations without manual handling of the pieces between operations, in order to guarantee a consistent cycle. This solution is aimed at parquet manufacturers looking for a controlled industrial output rate on the production of two-layer flooring, with a continuous process from the start to the end of the line, from assembly through to finishing.
