DP edge rounding cutters DIAMAX HSK 32 LEUCO, Homag FK are intended for Homag edge banding machines with FK 01, FK 02 and FK 03 units. They are used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: polished tooth face, polished clearance face, with axial angle and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. This range covers 20 versions: outside diameter from 68.1 to 71.2 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: constant basic dimensions a and D1, Z = 4 for feeds of 20 to 30 m/min and Z = 6 for feeds of 30 to 45 m/min.
