Description

The Stefani Cell E is a compact flexible edge banding cell that combines the machining of panels without infeed calibration with a small overall footprint, for an investment within reach of SMEs. It allows bespoke production while keeping the flexibility typical of flexible solutions. Built around the Stefani M, Stefani X or Stefani S edge banders, it machines panels from 250 × 95 mm to 3000 × 1200 mm in longitudinal pass, with automatic changes of edge colour, thickness and protection. The EdgeStore Manager module handles the automatic matching of the program to the edge, for a fast coil change. The automation options, such as the Robot Loop kit, the code reader and the Pickback system, strengthen the cell’s autonomy and the continuity of the flow.
