Description

The Celaschi TM is the longitudinal and cross profiling machine dedicated to producing flooring. Designed to work several shifts a day, it produces every type of floor covering whatever the material — laminate, two- or three-layer, solid, cork, ceramic, raised access — and whatever the type of joint, T&G, click G5 and so on. Its modern technology delivers outputs of 30 to 170 pieces per minute and a wide range of dimensions: widths from 58 to over 300 mm, lengths from 300 to over 6000 mm and thicknesses from 6 to 35 mm and above. The patented Floor set-up makes it possible to change profile in just a few minutes. Handling, sawing, profiling and packaging are managed and integrated into a single SCM process, with bespoke solutions depending on the output rates and the operations to be performed.
