Description
The Kappa 550 is a Format4 sliding table saw designed to push back the limits of cutting height in the workshop: up to 202 mm with blades 550 mm in diameter, and 146 mm at 45° thanks to the blade tilt from 0 to 46°. Its sliding table offers a cutting length of 2,800 mm and rests on the X-Roll guidance guaranteed for 10 years, for accurate travel without play. The saw shaft guided on double bearings provides vibration-free work. The control with its CNC drive system and LED display centralises operation of the main settings. The machine takes a scoring unit for a clean cut in veneered edges and suits joinery shops that regularly cut thick panels or solid timber of large section.
