Description
The K 740 S PCS is a Felder sliding table saw fitted with the PCS (Preventive Contact System) safety system, which stops the blade within a few milliseconds on contact with skin in order to limit serious injuries. It takes blades up to 400 mm in diameter for a cutting height of 140 mm, and its sliding table offers a cutting length of 2,500 mm. The X-Roll guidance of the sliding table provides accurate and lasting travel, while the scoring unit prepares a clean cut in veneered panels.
