Description

A patented automatic continuous-cycle press intended for the production of honeycomb-core doors, doors faced with veneer, HPL or CPL, and prefinished two- or three-layer parquet. Its principle consists in loading the doors one by one in sequence while maintaining constant pressure in the other compartments of the press, which allows a very high output reaching 1,200 doors per shift. The continuous cycle and the use of fast glues, water-based as well as polyurethane, greatly reduce the unproductive loading and unloading times and make it possible to take the panel back immediately after assembly. Electronic control of the movements and of the hydraulic circuit ensures reliability and consistent pressing over time.
