Description

The Mahros Flippers are automatic 180° tipping devices, crosswise and lengthwise, for machining cells and in-line processes. Several versions are available: devices for tipping a single panel or a lengthwise composition, pit flippers for the lengthwise rotation of large panels, and fast HS flippers with brushless drive and a transfer system for high-output boring lines. They accept a maximum panel width of 1200 mm and reach an output of eighteen to twenty-four cycles per minute. They stand out for their high performance, their great reliability and the possibility of bespoke solutions, to turn panels between two operations without manual handling.
