Panel sawing cell SCM Flexstore ELR & Gabbiani AF

Description

This fully automatic cell combines a Gabbiani AF single-blade panel saw, fitted with the FlexCut moving gripper device, with a three-axis Flexstore ELR loading gantry. It is aimed at companies looking for high flexibility and a clean sawing quality for batch one. The cell can take a panel pre-loading area and automatic labelling, handles mixed or uniform stacks and appreciably reduces labour thanks to the cell program. Customisable to suit the sawing capacity and the dimensions of the store, it offers short cycle times and a deeply integrated process. The Gabbiani AF reaches 4500 × 4300 mm of usable cut, a maximum blade projection of 130 mm, a carriage up to 180 m/min and a main motor up to 27 kW. The Flexstore ELR store handles panels up to 200 kg by means of a suction-cup arm with automatic adjustment.
