Description

The Profiset 40 is an automatic planer-moulder with up to six spindles, offered in four compositions, with the option of profiling equipment on the top horizontal spindle. It machines finished sections from 23 to 180 mm wide and from 6 to 105 mm thick, with a feed speed of 6 to 12 m/min and spindles running at 6000 rpm. Straightening relies on the skimming cutter of the bottom vertical spindle, and the lubricated free-roller table at the outfeed ensures optimal transport. The Ready electronic control makes programming simple and efficient, while the quick tool locking system makes changes easier. A practical, flexible machine for workshops looking for a good level of performance on everyday profiles.
