Description

A numerically controlled tenoner-mortiser fitted with a two-bed worktable, dedicated to making 45° mortise-and-tenon joints for the production of frames, sashes and doors. The two front beds allow uninterrupted pendulum head operations, which sustains the output rate, while a parking area placed between them makes it possible to change tools and set the tenoning height quickly. Control is via the 21.5-inch eye-M touch console and the Maestro active joint interface, for simple handling. The electrospindle tenoning and mortising unit covers the assembly cycle of joinery and mitred frames.
