Planer-moulder SCM Superset NT

Description

The Superset NT is an automatic planer-moulder ideal for companies working several shifts, efficient even on very small batches. It produces squared sections, cornices, profiles and linear components for windows, doors, furniture, garden decoration and marine equipment. It machines finished sections from 25 mm (15 mm as an option) to 240 mm wide and from 6 to 120 mm thick (200 mm as an option), with a feed speed of 5 to 25 m/min (up to 40 as an option) and spindles running at 6000 rpm (8500 as an option). Its composition can be customised into up to ten configurations and from four to eight units, with HSK technology. The SET-UP system greatly reduces tool changing times, and the MOBILE PC electronic control makes programming simpler.
