Roller coater for fillers SCM valtorta sp

Description

A roller coating machine particularly suited to applying thick fillers, without a product recirculation system. It is fitted with side dams that hold the coating at the head, which makes it possible to lay heavy-bodied coats on flat panels. The valtorta sp fits into a finishing line, upstream of drying, for applying heavy-bodied primers intended to prepare the surface before coating. The absence of recirculation suits it to thick products that are poorly compatible with a recovery circuit. It is aimed at wood and fit-out manufacturers who have to apply fillers or heavy-bodied primers to flat surfaces and are looking for even roller coating suited to high-viscosity products.
