SCM Accord 40 FXM nesting machining centre

Description

Accord 40 FXM is a numerically controlled nesting machining centre intended for the drilling and routing of panels and the machining of plastic materials. Its work table reaches 6,170 mm in X and 2,120 mm in Y, with a Z clearance of 350 mm allowing thick workpieces. The 5-axis spindle develops up to 17 kW (15 kW in 3/4 axes) at 24,000 rpm, for accurate and fast machining. The axes travel at 90 m/min in X and Y. The tool magazines add up to 72 positions (12 on the operating unit, 48 at the rear, 12 at the side), in order to run many operations one after another without intervention. Intuitive programming through the Maestro suite makes it simpler to put flexible runs into production.
