SCM Celaschi Action double-end tenoner

Description

The Celaschi Action is a double-end tenoner designed for machining the ends of wooden elements in a vast range of applications, in particular the manufacture of stiles and rails for doors and windows and of floor covering boards. Its in-line integration with SCM moulders, profilers and drilling machines makes it an optimal choice for flexible machining and high productivity. Compact, it machines the parts crosswise without turning them over, for a linear and optimised layout. Each of its four electrospindles with HSK 85S quick coupling can take a RAPID automatic tool magazine with six positions, offering up to twenty-four different profiles, with tool management and recognition as an option. With no set-up time, it machines in batch size one parts of different lengths, widths and thicknesses. It is configured with two or four units, reaches a feed of 60 m/min, and handles parts from 350 to 3500 mm in length, from 30 to 140 mm in width and from 6 to 120 mm in thickness, with a unit power output of up to 18 kW.
