Description

The Celaschi CPM is a compact and electronic single-sided profiler, ideal for the lengthwise machining of solid timber and MDF elements intended for the manufacture of kitchen doors and similar items. Designed to offer maximum efficiency to companies in the furniture sector, it suits small and medium batches. Thanks to a manually fed hopper loader, the parts enter the machine automatically, with a productivity that can reach one hundred elements per minute (127 mm at 20 m/min). Its HSK 63F electrospindle, combined with the RAPID tool magazine with eight positions, makes it easy to produce different profiles, with tool management and recognition as an option. It is configured with one or two operating units and handles parts from 127 to 2000 mm in length and from 49 to 400 mm in width, at a feed speed of 4 to 24 m/min. The Maestro active square software provides simple programming and Industry 4.0 integration.
