SCM Celaschi SPL30 continuous-feed panel saw

Description

The Celaschi SPL30 is a continuous-feed panel saw designed to divide finished panels, in particular veneered ones. Integrated in line with a Stefani edgebander and dedicated automation, it is a solution suited to producing narrow panels veneered on all four sides. It brings together a pneumatic lower scorer, a fixed upper scorer and a saw blade, which allows veneered panels to be cut crosswise as well as lengthwise. The workpiece is fed by belts or by drive chains. The feed speed reaches 60 m/min depending on the configuration, with provision for in-line integration. Operation relies on the eye-M PRIME console and the Maestro active square software, which can interface with supervision software. The machine handles workpieces from 300 to 3200 mm long, with a 15 kW cutting motor and an 8 kW scorer motor.
