SCM Flexstore ELR & Gabbiani G2 panel sawing cell

Description

This fully automatic cell brings together a Gabbiani G2 single-blade beam saw, fitted with the FlexCut movable clamp device, and a Flexstore ELR three-axis loading gantry. It is aimed at companies seeking high flexibility and constant sawing quality for batch size one. A panel pre-loading area and an automatic labelling system can be added at the rear; the cell handles mixed or uniform stacks and bundles and greatly reduces labour thanks to the cell program. It is customised according to the sawing capacity and the dimensions of the store. The Gabbiani G2 reaches 4500 × 4300 mm of usable cut, a maximum blade projection of 130 mm, a HI-TRONIC electronic carriage up to 170 m/min and a main motor of up to 22 kW. The Flexstore ELR store handles panels up to 200 kg thanks to a vacuum cup arm with automatic adjustment.
