SCM Gabbiani AF single-blade beam saw

Description

The Gabbiani AF opens a range of single-blade beam saws designed to offer bespoke configurations according to production needs. It relies on new working cycles and advanced high-efficiency drives in order to reduce energy consumption without compromising the cut. Its new controlled-axis blade carriage runs on RDS guidance, fitted as standard on every configuration, for maximum stability and accuracy. LED operator guidance systems strengthen the safety and the compliance of production. The renewed FlexCut unit allows several bars to be machined at the same time with differentiated cuts, shortening cycle times. On the cleanliness side, automatic cleaning of the rear table with centralised dust removal and a waste recovery belt preserve continuity of production. The main blade reaches 450 mm in diameter and 130 mm of projection.
