Description

The Gabbiani G 3 is a high-performance single-blade beam saw conceived for furniture companies machining medium batches. Adaptable, it matches its performance to the requirements of each customer while guaranteeing machining quality and speed. The HI-TRONIC device provides complete electronic control of the blades to combine cut finish, high speed and accuracy. The FlexCut 1/D unit rests on two independent pushers and allows simultaneous differentiated cuts, clearly reducing cycle times. The prismatic ball guides offer feed and return speeds of up to 170 m/min, the pusher reaching 135 m/min, with centralised lubrication driven by the control that removes routine maintenance. A kit dedicated to cutting advanced construction materials is available; the blade projection varies from 130 to 165 mm depending on the version.
