Description

The Gabbiani GT 2 is a single-blade beam saw with complete standard equipment, designed to offer an advantageous price-performance ratio in an industrial context that demands just-in-time production. The HI-TRONIC device with vertical travel drives the blades electronically for a careful cut finish combined with speed and accuracy. The FlexCut 1/S and 1/D units use two independent pushers for simultaneous differentiated cuts: the 1/S version offers two independent cutting axes at a contained cost, the 1/D great flexibility on strip width thanks to two clamps, one of them retractable. The Saw-set device sets the tools electronically in a few seconds. A loading platform driven by four trapezoidal screws guarantees parallel lifting of the stacks whatever the format. The blade projection is 115 or 128 mm, with a carriage up to 170 m/min as an option.
