Description

The Gabbiani VS is a vertical panel saw whose scoring unit brings together two coupled blades, for horizontal and vertical cutting of various wood-based materials. Compact, it fits within a very small footprint. Its fully welded frame provides robustness and resistance to stress. The combination of the coupled scorer and main blade offers cutting quality at a controlled cost, placing the machine as a compromise between performance and budget. It comes in VS32 and VS42 versions, with horizontal and vertical cutting lengths of 3200 or 4200 mm, a vertical cutting height up to 2200 mm and a maximum cutting thickness of 60 mm. The machine is fitted with a 250 mm blade turning at 5300 rpm, a 3.7 kW motor, four mechanical positioners for horizontal cuts and one stop for vertical cuts.
