SCM Morbidelli CX110 CNC drilling centre

Description

The Morbidelli CX110 is a numerically controlled machining centre that combines a wide range of drilling and routing tools for wood and materials with similar properties. It handles panels from 200 to 3050 mm in length, 50 to 950 mm in width and 8 to 60 mm in thickness, up to 60 kg, with speeds reaching 50 m/min on the X axis. Its drilling head brings together thirteen vertical chucks and six horizontal chucks, as well as a blade integrated on the X axis. The 3D PROBE dimensional checking sensor is supplied as standard. Compact, it fits within less than ten square metres and can include an unloading area linked to a robot cell. It is programmed through the Maestro CAD/CAM software.
