SCM Morbidelli CX210 / CX220 CNC drilling centre

Description

The Morbidelli CX210 and CX220 are compact and fast numerically controlled drilling centres, conceived for batch size one machining. They carry out drilling on all five faces of the panel, cutting and routing, with no operator intervention to move from one batch to the next. They handle workpieces up to 3050 mm in length, 1300 mm in width and 95 mm in thickness, up to 70 kg, with a vector speed reaching 70 m/min. The CX220 stands out for a second drilling head with independent Y and Z axes, which machines the panel at the same time and increases productivity. The new work table limits friction and suits lacquered and delicate panels, while the profiled clamps allow drilling inside their own geometry.
