SCM Morbidelli PWX500 in-line automatic drilling machine

Description

The Morbidelli PWX500 is an automatic drilling machine designed for in-line machining of panels, suited to large runs as well as to small batches with variable characteristics. Its configuration brings together up to ten vertical drilling heads and four horizontal heads, combined with automated work tables that limit operator intervention. It handles panels from 250 to 3000 mm in length, up to 900 mm in width in single positioning and 1200 mm in double positioning, for a drilled thickness of 10 to 60 mm and a maximum weight of 50 kg. An HSK 63 electrospindle with tool magazine and side dowel insertion are offered as options. Conceived for flexible and quick production, it targets high output while preserving finish quality.
