SCM Morbidelli X200/X400 nesting machining centre

Description

Morbidelli X200/X400 is a new generation of numerically controlled nesting machining centres, geared to flexible production and batch size one. The work table comes in sizes up to 4,356 mm in X and 2,216 mm in Y. The X200 version relies on a 15 kW 3-4 axis motor, while the X400 offers a 5-axis electrospindle up to 13.5 kW for more complex machining. The vector speed of the axes reaches 84 m/min in Pro-Space and 113 m/min in Pro-Speed. The tool magazine goes up to 53 positions depending on the configuration. Highly configurable, the machine adapts to changes in the workshop and targets furniture makers looking for efficiency, quality and room to grow on changing production runs.
