SCM Morbidelli Z100 automatic furniture drilling machine

Description

The Morbidelli Z100 is an automatic drilling machine dedicated to furniture production, intended for large industry and large batches. Its machining area covers 230 to 3200 mm on the X axis, 150 to 800 mm on the Y axis and 10 to 70 mm on the Z axis, which makes it possible to handle a wide range of components. The machine brings together vertical chucks driven by a 3 kW motor, horizontal chucks of 1.2 kW, a 1.5 kW blade unit and a 6.6 kW electrospindle for routing operations. This architecture aims at sustained productivity on repetitive panel runs, while guaranteeing accuracy and consistency of the drilling on the various faces of the part.
