SCM poliedra UV dryer for 3D surfaces

Description

A UV dryer intended for curing UV lacquers on three-dimensional surfaces. After spray application, the film laid on curved or moulded parts has to be cured on all its faces, which the poliedra provides thanks to an arrangement of the sources suited to the volumes. It fits into a 3D finishing line after the spray booth or the coating robot, to handle doors, windows and non-flat elements. The geometry of the irradiation aims at even curing despite the relief of the parts. It is aimed at wood workshops that UV-coat three-dimensional elements and are looking for complete and even hardening on complex surfaces.
