SCM Stefani KD edgebander

Description

The Stefani KD is a versatile edgebander conceived for continuous use and quality machining. It accepts EVA glue as well as polyurethane glue thanks to the SGP glue pot, and its operating units with electronic axes are set automatically for two different radii. The machine applies thin edgings as well as solid wood up to 12 mm thick: free access to the gluing area makes it easier to use large solid edgings. It handles panels from 8 to 60 mm thick, with edgings from 0.4 to 12 mm and a feed speed of 10 to 20 m/min. Its polyurethane belt pressure unit contributes to even application of the edging. It is a solution suited to companies that have to produce many panels all different from one another without giving up consistency of finish.
