Description

The Stefani One is a high-performance single-sided edgebander intended for medium and large industry. It stands out for its productivity, its flexibility and its ability to be integrated: usable as a stand-alone station or inserted into edgebanding cells and lines, it suits the intensive production of uniform batches as well as batch size one manufacture. The machine handles panels from 8 to 60 mm thick as standard, extendable to 80 mm as an option, with a feed speed reaching 40 m/min. It accepts coil edgings from 0.3 to 3 mm, pre-cut strips from 0.4 to 1 mm and solid wood lippings up to 25 mm. The Glue Switch system allows a quick change of glue, while the AirFusion H+ technology makes edgebanding possible with no visible glue line. Its sturdy structure is designed for continuous use over several shifts.
