SCM Stefani SB edgebander

Description

The Stefani SB is an industrial edgebander conceived for workshops subject to intensive output: mass production or running over several shifts a day. Its thirteen-tooth feed chain with sintered links, its powered steel pressure unit and its cast iron columns on a vibration-free frame provide even application of the edging, even on the most demanding machining. The machine handles panels from 8 to 60 mm thick as standard, raised to 80 mm with the dedicated Pack, with a maximum length of 3200 mm and a maximum width of 1600 mm. It accepts coil edgings from 0.3 to 3 mm and solid wood edgings up to 25 mm, with EVA, PUR, EVA+PUR or AirFusion+ gluing technologies. The lengthwise feed speed reaches 40 m/min, and up to 70 m/min with the Speed Pack option.
