SCM Windorflex CP window machining centre

Description

The Windorflex CP is the SCM automatic cell dedicated to making joinery, the most compact in its class. It has every solution for producing complete frames whatever their type, and works without the continuous presence of the operator thanks to an automatic system for loading and unloading the workpieces at the front. Its automatic work table, with clamps always engaged, machines from one to four workpieces in sequence. The configurable operating unit, with 4 and 5-axis electrospindles, carries out every operation needed in joinery. It machines workpieces up to 3300 mm in length (or two of 1350 mm), from 40 to 260 mm in width and from 35 to 160 mm in thickness, with axes at 100-80-50 m/min, a 20 kW electrospindle and a 48-position magazine, driven by Maestro active windoor.
