Description

The Gabbiani GT 3 is a high-performance single-blade panel saw intended for furniture makers machining medium to large batches. Born of a modular project, it is configured as closely as possible to the customer’s needs and combines reliable mechanics, powerful drives and electronic management of the devices for high output and a clean cut finish. The HI-TRONIC device controls the blades electronically to combine speed and precision. The FlexCut 1/D unit uses two independent pushers to make differentiated cuts in parallel and greatly reduce cycle times. The prismatic ball guides allow feed and return speeds of up to 170 m/min, with the pusher reaching 135 m/min; centralised lubrication driven by the control eliminates routine maintenance. Blade projection ranges from 130 to 165 mm depending on the configuration.
