Description

The Gabbiani S is a single-blade panel saw managed by PC/PLC, designed for small industry and for integration within Flexstore stores. It cuts panels or stacks of panels in wood and wood-based materials (particleboard, MDF, multi-layer, plywood, fibreboard). The selective air cushion, driven table by table by independent motors, only activates sliding where it is needed and prevents panels temporarily stored on the tables from falling. The FlexCut unit performs lengthwise and crosswise cuts at the same time, increasing productivity by up to 30 % and reducing the footprint by up to 20 %. The Saw-set device provides fast electronic setting of the tools. The customisable Maestro active cut software manages the material and offcut stores as well as the movement of the pieces. Blade projection is 95 or 115 mm depending on the version, with a 160 mm scoring blade.
