Description

The Stefani X is an industrial edge banding machine designed to offer a high quality of edge banding on every type of panel and material, in the logic of a connected, integrated digital factory. Highly configurable, it is designed to work continuously and reliably over several shifts, with sustained quality standards thanks to the Electronic Touch technology of the servo-assisted working units. It handles panels from 8 to 60 mm thick, taken to 80 mm as an option, with edges from 0.3 to 12 mm, extendable to 22 mm as an option. The feed speed is between 25 and 30 m/min. The Glue Switch system allows a fast glue change and the Multilevel glue scraper refines the finish. The machine can be integrated into flexible edge banding cells and lines to meet industrial volumes.
