Kenzaï

Kenzaï is a French distributor of eco-friendly, bio-based construction materials sold online. Founded in 2007, the company is headquartered in Cournon-d'Auvergne, in the Puy-de-Dôme, and has a second site in Saint-Germain-Lembron. It runs an online store listing more than 5,000 products and delivers throughout France. Beyond sales, Kenzaï offers training in eco-friendly construction, aimed at professionals and private individuals alike. Its core business is distributing materials for low-carbon construction, from structural work to finishes. The company works with a network of around a hundred suppliers, favoring French-made products and short supply chains to limit the impact of transport. The range covers every phase of a project: structural and frame timber, hemp blocks and raw-earth bricks for structural work; bio-based insulation such as wood wool and wood fibre, cellulose wadding, hemp, cork or sheep's wool; natural paints, clay and lime renders, and solid-wood flooring for finishing; as well as cladding and decking boards (pine, Douglas fir, acacia). Kenzaï selects its products on environmental criteria: low carbon footprint, natural and mineral materials, and A+-rated interior finishes. The wood it distributes comes from PEFC-certified suppliers, ensuring sustainable forest management.
