Description

cadwork BMT carries the suite's BIM exchanges around the IFC format. The digital model of the building associates geometric, production and cost information with each volume, an intelligent design philosophy that cadwork has been applying for more than twenty-five years. The IFC Import/Export module uses this universal format to import the architectural data: the company can then build on the architect's design with no errors in entering dimensions or reading drawings, each party building on the expertise of the others. cadwork has successfully passed the IFC 2×3 certification for import and the IFC 4 Structural Reference Exchange certification for export, a guarantee of reliability and compatibility that can be checked in the certification report published by buildingSMART.
