Complete SCM production line for wood wool

Description

This integrated SCM system is a complete production line for manufacturing wood wool panels. It brings together a DMC sander, a Celaschi longitudinal profiling machine, a SAG multi-blade panel saw, a Celaschi/SAG cross profiling machine, a SAG tilting and stacking station, a packaging system and an ELMAG/SUPERFICI coating line. These machines run one after another to machine 600 x 600 mm panels, with a maximum output of 40 panels per minute. Conceived as a turnkey installation, the line covers the whole route, from sanding to packaging, by way of profiling, sawing, tilting and finishing.
