Description

A curtain coating system that can take one or more heads installed in the machine. The heads come in two versions: a pressure head, where the lacquer curtain is formed under pressure, and a gravity head, which makes it possible to match the application to the type of product and to the viscosity. The curtain lays down a continuous, even coat on panels and flat components passing under the heads, with a high material yield. The machine fits into a finishing line, upstream of drying. It is aimed at wood and fit-out manufacturers who coat flat surfaces in series and are looking for the evenness of thickness and the output typical of curtain coating, on lacquers and primers suited to this process.
