Description

The Celaschi CP is a tenoner with a compact design that combines flexibility and productivity in a minimal footprint. Designed for machining furniture doors, drawer fronts and table components in solid wood and MDF, it is the ideal solution for companies facing increasingly varied and customised demands. Its compact design reduces the time needed to empty the machine and maximises productivity on small batches. Fast positioning of the moving gantry and of the working units by brushless motors, together with an automatic tool magazine of up to ten positions, gives it great flexibility. Its high-speed HSK electrospindles, cooled by air or by liquid, ensure maximum machining precision. It is configured with two to eight working units per side, reaches a feed of 48 m/min, and handles pieces from 190 to 3600 mm wide and from 3 to 150 mm thick.
