Description
Fusion Long is a CNC machining centre, covered by international patents, for cross-cutting and ripping longitudinal bars to the required widths at the same time. Thanks to a new unit made up of a twin blade with scorer, completed by two CNC-controlled spindle moulders for dressing the edges, the machine cuts to length and rips in a single pass. It takes up limited space and allows fully automatic in-line production, without constant supervision by staff, where the traditional system takes up to six times more room. CNC control guarantees accuracy and repeatability on production runs. Fusion Long is aimed at fitted furniture and furniture manufacturers looking for a compact, automated solution for the lengthwise breakdown and edging of bars, in place of a succession of dedicated machines.
