Description

The Stefani Cell H+ is a premium squaring and edge banding cell, intended for workshops for which productivity and quality are priority requirements. It brings together in a single solution customised production, industrial volumes and a wide diversification of batches, handling panels that are already squared as well as panels still to be squared. Built around the Stefani One or Stefani SB One edge banders, it machines panels from 320 × 130 mm to 3200 × 1600 mm in longitudinal pass, with automatic changes of edge colour, thickness and protection. Its high-performance chain infeed, its panel feeding and stacking system and the Maestro Active Watch supervision ensure a continuous flow. The EdgeStore Manager module automatically handles the matching of the program to the corresponding edge, for a simple, fast coil change. It aims at a high level of automation without giving up the flexibility of batch one.
