Flexible edgebanding line SCM Stefani Rocket H

Description

The Stefani Rocket H is a flexible edgebanding and edgebanding-finishing line designed for panel machining with or without infeed calibration, with automatic feeding. This high-productivity cell meets the needs of companies whose process is organized according to a linear flow. It guarantees flow continuity, high production capacity and real flexibility, allowing the feeding of panels of different dimensions sharing the same thickness. The line combines the Moover panel handling system with two single-sided edgebanders, Stefani One or Stefani SB One, in left and right configuration. It processes panels from 250 × 130 mm to 3000 × 1200 mm in longitudinal pass-through, with automatic change of color, thickness and edge protection. Barcode or QR reading, the BN+ infeed unit and the EdgeStore Manager module ensure automatic matching of the program to the edge, without production stops for format or decor changes.
