Description

The Format4 tempora F1000 is an automatic edgebander designed for complete edge machining in continuous production. Its long, solid frame guarantees the stability and the fitting accuracy of the units of the F1000. The trimming unit of the tempora F1000 adjusts automatically to the height of the workpiece to prevent uneven wear, and the top glue pot shortens heat-up times with integrated draining. The new corner rounding unit of the F1000, with CNC-controlled axes, provides a uniform radius even on thin edgings. The tempora F1000 handles edgings from 0.4 to 12 mm at a feed of 12 to 25 m/min, driven by the network-connected 18" smartouch screen. The F1000 comes in classic, professional and performance equipment levels according to the degree of automation sought.
