Description
The Format4 tempora F600 is an automatic edgebander dedicated to continuous coil edge machining, with stability assured even at high machining speed. The tempora F600 has a one- or two-motor corner rounding unit for workpieces up to 60 mm high, and three free stations for finishing units. It handles edges from 0.4 to 6 mm at a feed of 10 to 18 m/min, with manual or smartouch control (15" or 18" screen). The patented advantEdge unit of the F600 produces an almost invisible joint on co-extruded and laser materials. The glueBox variant of the tempora F600 replaces the PUR glue pot with a PUR adhesive tape melted in the glueBox, making PUR glue simpler to use. The F600 also comes in 60.06L and 60.06EL versions.
