The Format4 tempora F800 60.12 e-motion is a top-of-the-range automatic edgebander from the tempora series, optimised for complete continuous edge machining. Massive units and an optimised frame guarantee the stability of the F800 even at high speed. The e-motion control of the tempora F800 gives absolute repeatability and very short set-up times thanks to configurable programs. The F800 handles edges from 0.4 to 3 mm on workpieces up to 60 mm, at a feed of 12 to 20 m/min, driven from the connected 18" smartouch screen. Its two-motor jointing unit, with separately controlled diamond cutters, produces joints without breakout. With the Professional and Performance packages and the choice of units on two finishing stations, the tempora F800 adapts closely to the needs of the business.
