Hot-air finishing dryer SCM airblade

Description

A linear finishing dryer that uses hot air blown at high speed to accelerate the drying of water-based lacquers and stains. The preheated air is fed into a plenum that supplies a series of air blades blowing onto the surface of the pieces, which gives a fast, even drying cycle. Its in-line design means it can be inserted into a continuously fed finishing flow, between the application and the next station. High-speed hot-air drying is particularly suited to water-thinnable products, which are sensitive to evaporation time. The airblade dryer is aimed at wood coating workshops that want to make the drying stage of lacquered panels more reliable and shorter.
