Description

Accord 42 FXM is a numerically controlled nesting machining centre for the boring and routing of panels and the machining of solid wood components. Its working area goes up to 6,170 mm in X and 2,120 mm in Y, with a 350 mm Z clearance. It stands out for a powerful 3/4-axis spindle, up to 21 kW, complemented by a 12 kW 5-axis spindle, the whole running at 24,000 rpm. The axes reach 95 m/min in X. The tool magazines total up to 76 positions (12 on the unit, 48 at the rear, 16 at the front), for long unattended sequences. The machine suits workshops that alternate intensive boring and routing on varied batches, with accessible Maestro programming.
