Description

Accord NST is a range of integrated numerically controlled machining centres, equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system that allows a complete production cycle to be managed with a single operator. Designed for flexible production in nesting technology, it machines panels in a variety of materials: glulam, plywood, chipboard, MDF and wood-based materials. The electrospindle, with a power between 12 and 15 kW depending on the configuration, routes and bores the panels. Automating the loading reduces handling and smooths the sequence of batches. The machine is aimed at furniture makers and subcontractors looking for an autonomous machining cell, able to handle changing runs while limiting downtime and physical strain.
